VPP is a site based program and the system is setup so that each Company (or corporation) can have multiple VPP Sites

The Company (A) is managed by one or more Company Managers. The primary functions of the Company Manager is to:

  1. Create VPP sites(B)

  2. Assigned the VPP program managers or Site Managers (C) for each site

Each VPP Site is managed by one or more Site Managers. The site managers are responsible for the VPP Annual self Evaluation (ASE) at their site and they can determine who has access to the content of the ASE. The primary functions of the site managers are:

  1. Start and Annual Self Evaluation (ASE)

  2. Invite other individuals to view or contribute, including:

    • Co-workers at the site to contribute

    • Corporate managers to contribute and/or review the content

    • Peers at other sites to view and to provide feedback

    • Peers at other companies to view and to provide feedback

    • Regional or State managers to review and provide feedback before submission

  3. Submit the final ASE
